complex trauma, substance abuse, intrafamily or interfamily dynamics,
life and career goals, attachments, relationships, and mild forms of psychosis.
I also work with patients of various neurodiverse conditions,
including neurotypical and gifted individuals.
Modalities offered include psychodynamic and psychoanalytic therapies grounded in the approaches
of Sigmund Freud, as well as more tailored approaches such as Gestalt phenomenological and existential therapy, grounded in somatic, philosophical, and theological/spiritual approaches.
I am very familiar with cross-cultural issues and hold space with empathy and confidential understanding.
I hold active professional memberships
at the IRPA (Accred, Teaching Fellow) and IPSA (lifelong), as a fully accredited Psychoanalytic Therapist and Life Coach,
along with being a Psychologist (BPS-Accred), and being a former training analyst at CFAR.
As a Korean American citizen, I possess fluency and working knowledge of the following:
English (all dialects), Spanish, French, Korean, and German.
I also read and understand:
Portuguese, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, and Modern Standard Arabic.
